There are two ways of cancelling your pack, depending on how you ordered your services: **Without automatic payment:** Simply ignore the reminders and the pack will be automatically deleted from our servers. **With automatic payment:** It is imperative to cancel the automatic payment before the renewal of your service, no refund will be made. Log in to your PayPal account, click on Preferences at the top of the page, click on "My money", then on "Update" next to "My pre-approved payments". Select the payment, then click Cancel, now all you have to do is ignore the renewal calls issued by the system and your pack will be deleted automatically when it expires.

   Download any data you want to keep (messages, photos, invoices) before you start.
2. Sign in on the official domain
   Verify the domain matches the official service before you enter credentials.
3. Find “Delete account” vs “Deactivate”
   Follow the official flow and look for a permanent deletion option.
4. Confirm the request and capture proof
   Complete any confirmations and save a screenshot/email confirmation as proof of request.
5. Revoke access and cancel payments
   Disconnect third-party logins, revoke app permissions, and remove payment methods if relevant.
6. Wait for completion, then verify
   This usually completes immediately. If you get a grace period email, mark the final deletion date and re-check after it passes.
